Great for after the cook to add some cutting board seasoning. Not sold yet on taste or depth of flavor that provides on other cooks or rubs; hamburgers, chicken slice pork butt.

I received my cast iron griddle and was very impressed with the quality of this product. I’ve considered other cast iron griddles for my XL BGE, but I really like the fact that this griddle has handles while the other ones ( even the BGE branded product) do not. Very good product and very good value.

Very nice piece of gear. Thick steel holds heat great. Smooth as glass and took to seasoning quick and easy. After a few thin coats of canola oil it was beautiful and non-stick for some onion smash burgers. Thank you for a such a simple but perfect griddle.

I purchased the Romertopf BBQ Dutch oven to make the OTT chili with for my first cook. I was impressed by how well the clay pot performed. It simmered the chili perfectly. The paperwork that came with it didn't have much info. for prep as it is German made and written in several languages. I recommend soaking the clay lid before cooks as it is not glazed like the bowl. It's a very simple step. I'm very happy with the pot and look forward to trying more Romertopf products.

Used the pan with nibs to cook a 5%2B pound meatloaf on the green egg. Came out great%2C even my wife who doesn’t like meatloaf loved it

His meat thermometer works great. Awesome tool to work with.

Use this sheet as a plancha, pizza pan or for smash burgers. Steel is real and can hold up to any kind of heat. Just treat it like a cast iron skillet and hand it down to the next generation

This duck fat spray is good stuff. I like to use it to crisp up wings and rotisserie chicken. I’ve also found that it’s good for things like grilling cheese and griddle cooking. I’ll definitely buy this again.

On first use, cooked broccolini just coated with a little olive oil and seasoned with a little salt and pepper. Took about 10 minutes at 425°F for crisp tender and turned out with a very nice char. Look forward to using it for cooking other vegetables.
